Chanel High Jewelry Supply Planning Manager

- Oversee medium and long-term planning for High Jewelry and stone requirements within the division.
- Coordinate with various teams to consolidate and express division needs according to the S&OP schedule, ensuring global stock levels are maintained.
- Lead a team of two planners and Anaplan Model Builders, along with one intern.
- Define stock and production projections in collaboration with the High End Business Development team, challenging sales ambitions across short, medium, and long-term horizons.
- Develop and manage the Mid-Term Production Plan using Anaplan, simulating scenarios and synthesizing implications for the purchasing team to aid sourcing decisions.
- Validate monthly production plans and firm orders, providing arbitration points to the Supply Chain direction, especially for collection launches.
- Conduct KPI reviews with upstream and downstream teams to make informed monthly decisions on production plans and stock targets, with specific focus on new products.
- Automate and strengthen KPIs related to stock age, rotations, and stock landings, ensuring data reliability.
- Manage the deployment of Anaplan for the High End scope, leading the tool's operation for all user teams and planning future development stages.
- Collaborate closely with stone sourcing teams to construct and manage the purchasing budget, ensuring alignment with divisional needs.
- Validate target stocks for relevant categories and manage stocks against objectives.
- Lead forecasting exercises for various stone types with purchasing teams, ensuring coherence in needs and order quantities based on production plan changes and available stock.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to implement stock policies and manage systems for pavé stones, and with stone sourcing on other stone purchasing plans.
- Establish and lead meetings with each team to share necessary information, visibility, and alert points.
- Manage the project for consolidating stone needs in Anaplan, leading the project team across manufacturing, stone sourcing, supply chain, procurement, and IT.
- Maintain close relationships with High End Business Development, Supply Chain, Purchasing and Development, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, and IT teams for Anaplan deployment.
- Advanced degree in engineering or a related field.
- Significant experience of 10 years in a similar role.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal skills and analytical acumen.
- Pragmatic and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to delegate and nurture team growth.
- Proficiency as an Anaplan Model Builder is preferred.
A minimum of 10 years in a similar supply chain or planning role within the luxury industry.
Advanced degree in engineering or a related field.
