1. Oversee the coordination of diamond procurement for High Jewelry collections.
2. Collaborate closely with diamond specialists and project managers to track collection projects.
3. Prepare diamond estimates and quotations.
4. Participate in technical feasibility and product development meetings.
5. Recommend appropriate diamond typologies based on project requirements.
6. Ensure timely response to workshop needs and maintain project coherence in estimates and nomenclature.
7. Control and guarantee the quality and supply of diamonds.
8. Communicate and follow up on orders with suppliers.
9. Ensure quality control aligns with defined specifications and communicate results to suppliers.
10. Identify areas for improvement in supplier processes.
11. Maintain accurate digital records of projects and stones at each project milestone.

1. 5 to 7 years of experience in the jewelry industry, ideally within a luxury house.
2. Proven ability to manage quality control and project coordination.

2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

4. Ability to adapt to a complex and evolving environment.
5. Integrity and discretion.
