- Maintain a robust record of VHETI sales and expand the High-End business in Taichung.
- Lead High Jewellery sales teams and boutiques towards new business initiatives and sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Head of Business and High Jewellery Sales Manager to drive new collections and challenging High Jewellery items.
- Develop and disseminate sales and educational tools for the network.
- Inspire excellence in gemology and craftsmanship knowledge among team members.
- Motivate and support High Jewellery sales teams and boutique management.
- Enhance the High-End sales capability of sales associates and identify new talent.
- Engage VIP and FJA clients with new client experiences and develop high-end partnerships.
- Coach teams on client engagement and presentation of High Jewellery pieces.
- Identify opportunities to acquire new Ultra High Net Worth clients and manage client relationships.
- Collaborate with fashion teams to expand the VIP client database.
- Support the Head of Business in proposing the right High Jewellery product mix for boutiques.
- Provide feedback on High Jewellery pieces to the product team and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Proven track record in luxury sales, particularly in high jewellery.
- Strong knowledge of gemology and jewellery manufacturing.
- Experience in client relationship management and engagement strategies.
- Exceptional leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management and sales forecasting.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail, with a focus on high jewellery sales and client engagement.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
