Chanel High Jewellery Manager

- Maintain a strong sales record in high jewellery and expand the high-end business in Taichung.
- Drive sales teams and boutiques towards new business initiatives and opportunities both within and outside the boutique environment.
- Collaborate with the Head of Boutique and High Jewellery Sales Manager to promote new collections and challenging high jewellery items.
- Develop a strong knowledge base and awareness of the high-end business among Fine Jewellery Advisors and Fashion Advisors.
- Create and implement sales and educational tools for the network.
- Inspire excellence in gemology and craftsmanship, demonstrating knowledge of jewellery manufacturing and Chanel's standards of creativity.
- Motivate and support high jewellery sales teams and boutique management.
- Develop the sales capabilities of high jewellery associates and identify new talent to become high-end sales specialists.
- Enhance the delivery of luxury customer experiences and foster high-end partnerships between boutiques.
- Provide coaching on client engagement and relationship management, ensuring long-lasting relationships with high jewellery clients.
- Collaborate with the fashion team to grow the VIP client database and provide personalized services.
- Support the Head of Boutique in proposing the right high jewellery product mix for boutiques.
- Supervise inventory counts to prevent losses and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
- Proven track record in high-end jewellery sales and business development.
- Strong knowledge of gemology and jewellery manufacturing.
- Experience in luxury retail management.
- Excellent leadership and team development skills.
- Strong client engagement and relationship management abilities.
- Sophisticated understanding of luxury customer experience.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Significant experience in high-end jewellery sales and luxury retail management is required.
A degree in gemology or a related field is preferred.
