1. Manage and review all stock transfers within SEAA and out of SEAA, minimizing transfer lead time and maximizing market conversion rates.
2. Evaluate non-planned stock transfer requests based on past sales history, local capabilities, and stock situations.
3. Drive continuous improvement and optimization of transfer processes and systems in collaboration with global teams.
4. Define and monitor model stock fulfillment and manage high-end stock routings to support daily business and client presentations.
5. Analyze stock and sales data to propose action plans and transfers to the Merchandising & Business Development Manager.
6. Collaborate with markets to co-build the SEAA product strategy and manage special requests to ensure optimal client experiences.
7. Provide regular KPI reports and co-define high-end assortments for events and routings in SEAA.
8. Support SEAA markets in preparing for international and regional events, ensuring timely piece transfers for delivery and presentation.
9. Professionalize high-end business activities in SEAA & SG by automating and standardizing transactional and operational processes.
10. Lead quality control and after-sales service initiatives, ensuring high jewelry quality standards and procedures are client-centric.

Proven experience in merchandising or a related field within the luxury fashion industry.
