1. Lead strategic and operational management of Global Infrastructure & Operations, Corporate Client Support & Employee Journey, and VIP Services & Internal Events.
2. Architect a future-ready technology environment that integrates resilience, agility, and elevated service.
3. Reimagine organizational constructs to align capabilities with top-tier talent for excellence delivery.
4. Collaborate with Divisional leadership, Digital CX, Brand Communications, and other stakeholders to integrate CHANEL TECH initiatives.
5. Develop internal services and lead continuous improvement of the CHANEL TECH organization.
6. Formulate and implement the Regional IT Infrastructure Strategy in alignment with global business needs.
7. Strengthen strategic partnerships with suppliers and elevate VIP Service in collaboration with GIS.

1. Minimum of 20 years of experience in IT, Tech Service Delivery, and Infrastructure support.
2. Proven leadership in large-scale transformations and innovation.
3. Experience in Enterprise Architecture and Cyber Security preferred.
4. Premium or Luxury Retail Experience preferred.

A minimum of 20 years in hands-on IT, Tech Service Delivery, and Infrastructure support with a proven track record of leadership and innovation.

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or similar.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $248,600-$300,000, with additional variable pay components including bonus potential.
