- Influence leaders on potential, performance, and mobility to reinforce organizational values.
- Drive succession planning and leadership development with visibility into key roles.
- Lead executive recruitment to enhance senior hiring effectiveness.
- Serve as the strategic owner of the learning and performance ecosystem.
- Translate talent priorities into impactful learning solutions.
- Design and execute scalable, experiential learning experiences.
- Align performance cycles with talent reviews and succession planning.
- Facilitate differentiated development strategies for high-potential talent segments.
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Psychology, or HR required; Master's or MBA preferred.
- Over 15 years of experience in Talent Management for large organizations.
- Consulting and HRBP experience preferred; in-house Talent Management experience essential.
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence at all organizational levels.
- Experience leading high-caliber teams in a matrixed environment.
- Track record of initiating and delivering complex change initiatives in China.
- Deep knowledge of the business, economic, culture, and talent environment in China.
