- Develop and execute strategic retail initiatives for Watches and Fine Jewellery (WFJ) in the SEAA region, leveraging Singapore as a central hub.
- Establish and implement a framework for Retail Excellence and Strategy, focusing on business development, people strategy, and retail ecosystem performance.
- Lead the rollout of retail-related strategic projects, coordinating execution with cross-functional teams.
- Design and update the WFJ retail operating model, including boutique segmentation, merchandising, and client management.
- Champion exceptional client experiences by setting high standards for selling ceremonies and clienteling.
- Collaborate with Fashion Retail Leaders to integrate WFJ categories into the client journey and ensure synergy across all markets.
- Implement and monitor performance and service KPIs to guide retail leaders in achieving business ambitions.
- Define and orchestrate a vision for WFJ Learning and People Development, building a strategy around capabilities, competencies, and engagement.
- Facilitate global and regional program execution to ensure impactful learning experiences.
- Design staff engagement programs to inspire passion and interest in the WFJ category.
- Proven experience in retail strategy and operations within the luxury sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams across global, regional, and market levels.
- Strong analytical skills with a strategic and visionary mindset.
- Experience as a people manager, with a focus on performance and transformation.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and planning abilities.
- Strong understanding of retail staff and market dynamics.
- Ability to innovate and approach challenges with agility and flexibility.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills in a matrixed environment.
