- Develop and implement a comprehensive Fashion PR strategy in alignment with global objectives.
- Maintain and enhance brand image through strategic media partnerships and negotiations.
- Integrate traditional and digital PR efforts with paid media and social media teams.
- Manage and optimize the Fashion PR budget effectively.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key media partners and influencers.
- Plan and negotiate 360-degree cooperative projects with media partners.
- Oversee press release translations, advertorials, and ensure maximum exposure.
- Organize and execute press trips and events, from shows to collection launches.
- Conduct industry competition analysis to inform strategic planning.
- Coordinate closely with Global PR, Image, Watches & Fine Jewelry, and Fragrance & Beauty divisions.
- Collaborate with the Fashion marketing team to support boutique collections and align on product placement.
- Lead, manage, and develop the PR support staff, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Provide formal feedback and recognition to staff through performance appraisals.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong media relationships and network in China with a proven track record.
- Passion for the brand with a strong sense of luxury and branding.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient coaching skills to develop the PR team.
- Creative, confident, and dynamic with a strong team-working spirit.
- Ability to report clearly and concisely to management.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Fluency in French, English, and Mandarin; proficiency in written and spoken French is advantageous.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in PR, EPR, or Corporate Communications within the fashion industry.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
