1. Lead the sales forecasts, stock management, and supply chain processes for Watches and Fine Jewelry in SEAA and Singapore.
2. Drive SEAA merchandising strategies, setting product priorities and KPIs.
3. Collaborate with North Asia to implement new supply chain models and processes.
4. Establish close relationships with market management teams to analyze and provide insights on local business strategies.
5. Monitor and analyze product performance and sales trends to inform strategic actions.
6. Develop regional and market-specific sales and stock simulations.
7. Align with regional Finance on budget timelines and sales projections.
8. Act as the SEAA WFJ supply chain referent, supporting local market processes.

1. Strong understanding of merchandising, preferably from luxury Watches and Jewelry brands.
2. Demonstrated experience as a people manager, guiding teams through transformation.

Proven track record in merchandising within the luxury fashion industry, particularly in Watches and Jewelry.
