1. Serve as the primary legal advisor to Country Management and Business Divisions on all legal matters in the TW Region.
2. Provide strategic and comprehensive legal advice from pre-decision input to final execution.
3. Ensure compliance with local laws and manage legal risks across the organization.
4. Advise on data privacy laws in the context of digital transformation and corporate initiatives.
5. Oversee the legal aspects of distribution, including boutique and counter renovation and expansion plans.
6. Monitor regulatory developments and maintain connections with the local legal community for agile law interpretation.
7. Engage with courts and authorities, including court appearances, to protect the brand and uphold brand values.
8. Develop and promote a legal and compliance culture within the company.

1. Extensive knowledge of local legal systems and regulations in the TW Region.
2. Proven track record in providing strategic legal advice to senior management.
3. Experience in managing legal compliance and risk in a corporate environment.

3. Ability to work collaboratively with various business divisions.
4. Proficiency in managing complex legal issues and compliance risks.

Significant experience in a senior legal role, preferably within the luxury fashion or retail industry.

A degree in Law from a recognized institution.
