Chanel Head of Fragrance and Beauty Sales

- Oversee field sales management, ensuring achievement of sales targets and financial goals across all retail partners and Chanel boutiques.
- Supervise retail excellence and operations, including visual merchandising, boutique openings, and operational consistency.
- Develop and lead education strategies to enhance product knowledge and client experience at the point of sale.
- Collaborate with F&B leadership and cross-functional teams to execute divisional strategies and enhance client experiences.
- Recruit, manage, and mentor field sales leadership teams to foster a high-performance culture.
- Partner with marketing and account development teams to implement sales development programs and execute campaign roll-outs.
- Leverage client analytics to inform field teams and improve recruitment, retention, and loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with operational protocols, including inventory management and loss prevention.
- Develop engagement and passion among F&B boutiques and field teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 20+ years of experience in sales, ideally within fragrance and beauty or best-in-class brands.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical capabilities.
- Client-centric mindset with experience in retail and MBR/Lease environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong partnerships with retailers and internal teams.
A minimum of 20 years in sales, ideally within the fragrance and beauty sectors or with leading luxury brands.
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or a related field.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $248,600 through $400,000, with potential for additional variable pay and bonuses.
