- Lead a team of experts and leads across cross-functional operations within the IT Clients, Sales, and After-Sales domain.
- Define and implement domain architecture in collaboration with functional teams and Tech Engineering.
- Establish a robust Quality Assurance practice to ensure stable and business-aligned tools.
- Manage data flows to enhance service delivery in partnership with Business Performance and Data Management teams.
- Identify synergies within the domain to optimize practices, tools, and methods.
- Align cross-functional operations with methodological frameworks set by Tech Engineering.
- Elevate organizational maturity in system architecture and integration for Client, Sales, and After-Sales systems.
- Ensure the design and delivery of sustainable solutions meeting Chanel's standards and market best practices.
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for cross-functional practices.
- Regularly report risks and align with domain strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Over 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within luxury or retail sectors.
- Proven team management skills with operational leadership of internal teams.
- Experience managing external partners.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and workload effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with business and technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of integration models (iPaaS, ESB, API Management, ETL, etc.).
- Understanding of service-oriented architectures (SOA) and cloud solutions (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance concepts and tools.
Over 10 years in a similar role, with successful experience in the luxury or retail sector being advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
