1. Experience leading a retail team of at least five members, ideally within luxury Watches and Fine Jewelry or a comparable luxury category.
2. Professional gemology certifications such as GG, DGA, or FGA are advantageous.
3. Secondary education or above; a university degree is preferred.

2. Solid understanding of boutique operations, including stock management and service processes.
3. Refined aesthetic sense and appreciation for visual merchandising.
4. Business acumen and confidence in analyzing and driving performance.
