1. Lead and manage the team of Make-Up Artists across the wholesale distribution network in France.
2. Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for the Make-Up Artist team.
3. Optimize field presence and validate schedules in collaboration with Zone Managers.
4. Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Make-Up Artists' activities.
5. Collaborate closely with Zone Managers and departments such as Marketing and Learning to enhance customer experience and expertise in Make-Up.
6. Regularly coach and support Make-Up Artists on-site to elevate their expertise and creativity.
7. Co-create and deliver training content to advance sales techniques and product knowledge.
8. Organize governance for the Make-Up Artist community through calls, committees, and seminars.
9. Recruit and develop a pool of expert Make-Up Artists for wholesale and retail in collaboration with business teams and the Make-Up Studio.
10. Co-develop make-up protocols and experiential tools with the marketing team.
11. Participate in project groups and represent French market expertise within the organization.
12. Coordinate participation in Maison events and collaborate with press and event teams.

1. Diploma in Make-Up Artistry.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Make-Up Artist.
3. At least 3 years of experience in team management.

3. Strong performance and challenge orientation.
4. Fluent in English.

A minimum of 5 years as a Make-Up Artist with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
