- Lead and manage the team of Make-Up Artists across the wholesale distribution network in France.
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for the Make-Up Artist team.
- Optimize field presence and validate schedules in collaboration with Zone Managers.
- Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Make-Up Artists' activities.
- Collaborate closely with Zone Managers and departments such as Marketing and Learning to enhance customer experience and expertise in Make-Up.
- Regularly coach and support Make-Up Artists on-site to elevate their expertise and creativity.
- Co-create and deliver training content to advance sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Organize governance for the Make-Up Artist community through calls, committees, and seminars.
- Recruit and develop a pool of expert Make-Up Artists for wholesale and retail in collaboration with business teams and the Make-Up Studio.
- Co-develop make-up protocols and experiential tools with the marketing team.
- Participate in project groups and represent French market expertise within the organization.
- Coordinate participation in Maison events and collaborate with press and event teams.
- Diploma in Make-Up Artistry.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Make-Up Artist.
- At least 3 years of experience in team management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for teamwork.
- Proactive with strong listening and adaptability skills in a dynamic environment.
- Strong performance and challenge orientation.
- Fluent in English.

Diploma in Make-Up Artistry.
