Chanel Haute Couture Market Manager

- Serve as the primary contact for Haute Couture clients, ensuring an exceptional experience from appointment scheduling to delivery.
- Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of fittings in collaboration with ateliers, both in Paris and internationally.
- Manage production prioritization and coordination with ateliers and other market managers.
- Maintain administrative oversight of each order and foster quality relationships with ateliers.
- Support after-sales services, including handling complaints and alteration requests.
- Represent Haute Couture at Parisian and international events, assisting clients during shows and private visits.
- Participate in collection presentations and validate celebrity loan requests, aligning with client expectations.
- Contribute to the development of Haute Couture by strengthening ties with boutiques and identifying potential new clients.
- Enrich the client database with qualitative information to propose tailored actions.
- Provide insights to the communication department regarding market specifics.
- Frequent travel required for collection presentations and fittings.
- Significant retail experience is essential.
- Interest in sales or service industries, particularly client interaction.
- Familiarity with Haute Couture craftsmanship and products.
- Basic knowledge of garments, including materials, fit, and morphology.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a keen sense of service.
- Team spirit, collaboration, and information sharing abilities.
- Adherence to processes with precision and organization.
- Adaptability to manage unforeseen situations.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; Mandarin is preferred.
