Haute Couture Events and Collection Tools Assistant

1. Participate in organizing Haute Couture client dinners around Fashion Weeks.
2. Research venues, artists, and service providers.
3. Coordinate various service providers involved in events and consolidate retro planning.
4. Create tools related to dinners, such as invitations and menus.
5. Organize internal collection presentations and manage event logistics.
6. Assist in organizing Haute Couture presentations abroad.
7. Prepare for the transport of collections and tools.
8. Coordinate digital appointments and manage digital tools.
9. Create collection tools and coordinate with Haute Couture workshops and Art Houses.
10. Gather information and visuals for each look.
11. Draft the complete collection book and coordinate translations and printing.
12. Update training documents on Haute Couture.
13. Conduct and present a benchmark on Haute Couture week.

1. Student in a Grande école de commerce.
2. Recognized for dynamism, reactivity, and good sense.
3. Structured, organized, rigorous, and curious.
4. Versatile with excellent interpersonal skills.

1. Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
3. Strong sensitivity to Haute Couture, craftsmanship, and event management.

At least one previous experience in a company.
