Chanel Group Director, Supply Chain Systems

- Lead the enhancement of the WMS System Architecture and Service Model for Supply Chain in Fashion/Watches & Fine Jewelry divisions.
- Align the product vision of the regional US business with the technical components of the Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Guide best practices, manage data flows, and oversee data architecture.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and prioritize enhancements.
- Interface with various Tech groups and partner with Fashion & WFJ Operations and Sales Planning Groups.
- Interact with global teams and third-party partners/vendors.
- Implement new functionality and support existing functionality within the Supply Chain system landscape.
- Structure and manage service level agreements (SLAs) for business support.
- Participate in senior-level meetings for Fashion and Watches & Fine Jewelry divisions.
- Assess software solutions for key initiatives with business partners.
- Manage cross-functional teams associated with projects.
- Create project plans and manage the creation and execution of test and training plans.
- Communicate project status to business and IT stakeholders.
- Partner with other IT leaders on strategic initiatives in the area of Sales Omni-channel strategy.
- Minimum of 10 years' work experience in Supply Chain IT Systems and WMS.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- WMS Manhattan systems experience required.
- Experience in managing user populations of 10-30 users.
- Expertise in Manhattan WMS.
- Knowledge of Sales Order process, Replenishment process, and Order Management System (OMS).
- ERP system support experience, preferably SAP and/or Dynamix AX.
- Strong focus on people management with excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale complex technology projects.
- Ability to identify and mitigate implementation risks.
- Strong relationship-building skills in a matrixed global organization.
- Curious, analytical, and problem-solving mindset.
Minimum of 10 years' work experience in Supply Chain IT Systems and WMS, with expertise in Manhattan WMS.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $134,900 - $180,000. Additional compensation may include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
