1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives for retail operations in the Southeast region.
2. Ensure consistent support for boutiques, focusing on operational excellence and adherence to Chanel's standards.
3. Collaborate with boutique teams to drive performance and optimize processes.
4. Conduct regular visits to boutiques to provide coaching and feedback.
5. Lead initiatives to enhance employee experience and foster cross-functional collaboration.
6. Analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
7. Oversee opening procedures and closures of boutiques as necessary.
8. Communicate regularly with operations leads and participate in home office operations calls.
9. Support inventory management and reconciliation processes.
10. Champion the adoption of technology tools and systems across retail locations.

1. Bachelor’s degree required.
2. Minimum of 10 years of management experience in retail store operations, with at least 2 years in a multi-store operational role preferred.

1. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
2. Excellent public speaking and presentation capabilities.
3. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and retail math.
4. Deep understanding of inventory reconciliation and cycle counts.

A minimum of 10 years of management experience in retail store operations, with at least 2 years in a multi-store operational role preferred.

Bachelor’s degree

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $133,000 to $167,700, with additional compensation, benefits, and perks.
