- Coordinate international show logistics, including travel arrangements for VIP clients.
- Manage guest details, transport lists, and rooming lists for events.
- Organize hospitality elements such as gifts, flowers, and room drops.
- Coordinate activity catalogs and event schedules with agencies.
- Prepare guest lists and manage invitations for welcome dinners.
- Organize logistics for event venues, including boardroom setups.
- Assist with on-site coordination of partners and logistics agencies.
- Handle post-event tasks such as invoice collection and budget tracking.
- Support Paris show logistics and update activity catalogs.
- Degree from a business school or university.
- First experience in operational marketing.
- Attention to detail and luxury industry trends.
- Strong presentation, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel).
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
- Fluency in English.
First experience in operational marketing is required.
Degree from a business school or university.
