Chanel Global Retail Excellence Manager

- Define and frame the global division's vision on Retail Excellence across all offline distributions while collaborating with the online distribution team to identify synergies.
- Standardize key performance indicators in collaboration with global finance and retail marketing to ensure consistent tracking and continuous improvement.
- Review and develop a global recommendation on Standard Operating Procedures to align with the brand's posture and support system requirements.
- Identify opportunities to streamline retail operations to enhance client focus.
- Develop and implement a program for the development of Fragrance & Beauty POS managers across all distributions.
- Partner with Retail Education, HR, and CRM to identify and cultivate critical skill sets for retail staff.
- Develop and deploy a comprehensive clienteling strategy in collaboration with global Retail Education and CRM teams.
- Standardize global business briefs for boutique projects, including openings and renovations, and ensure alignment with MPOS and global AD teams.
- Monitor and provide feedback on new concept results, both quantitative and qualitative, to drive improvements.
- Stay informed on trends and evolutions in luxury fragrance and beauty retail to inform future concept and experience definitions.
- 10+ years of experience in Retail and/or Retail Excellence
- Proven experience in direct team management and project management
- Ability to synthesize complex business challenges and projects
- Demonstrated drive and initiative in proposing new ideas and challenging the status quo
- Excellent relationship management skills to engage internal and regional/market stakeholders

A minimum of 10 years in retail and/or retail excellence, with direct team management and project management experience.
