Global Retail Excellence Manager

1. Define and implement the global vision for Retail Excellence across offline and online distributions.
2. Identify and standardize key performance indicators in collaboration with global finance and retail marketing.
3. Review and develop global Standard Operating Procedures to enhance customer experience.
4. Develop and support a program for the development of Fragrance & Beauty POS managers.
5. Partner with Retail Education, HR, and CRM to identify new skill requirements for retail staff.
6. Develop and deploy a global clienteling strategy in collaboration with global Retail Education and CRM teams.
7. Standardize global business briefs for boutique projects and ensure alignment with key stakeholders.
8. Monitor and provide feedback on new concept results and boutique renovations.

1. 10+ years of experience in Retail and/or Retail Excellence
2. Direct team management and project management experience

4. Excellent relationship management skills

10+ years of experience in Retail and/or Retail Excellence, with direct team management and project management responsibilities.
