Responsibilities
- Define and implement the global vision for Retail Excellence across offline and online distributions.
- Identify and standardize key performance indicators in collaboration with global finance and retail marketing.
- Review and develop global Standard Operating Procedures to enhance customer experience.
- Develop and support a program for the development of Fragrance & Beauty POS managers.
- Partner with Retail Education, HR, and CRM to identify new skill requirements for retail staff.
- Develop and deploy a global clienteling strategy in collaboration with global Retail Education and CRM teams.
- Standardize global business briefs for boutique projects and ensure alignment with key stakeholders.
- Monitor and provide feedback on new concept results and boutique renovations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Retail and/or Retail Excellence
- Direct team management and project management experience

- Ability to synthesize complex business challenges
- Strong initiative and drive for new ideas
- Courage to challenge the status quo
- Excellent relationship management skills
