1. Coordinate global celebrity activities for Fashion and Fragrance-Beauty divisions.
2. Manage logistics for Chanel ambassadors and celebrity entourages at fashion shows, international travel, photoshoots, and special projects.
3. Participate in on-site event management when applicable.
4. Oversee back-office operations for each project, including internal and external orders and re-billings.
5. Coordinate gifting strategies for celebrities and ambassadors, including fragrance, beauty products, fashion items, and flowers.

1. Fluency in English; additional languages are highly valued.

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Experience in event coordination or celebrity relations is preferred.
