- Lead the Fashion and Watches & Fine Jewelry division with passion and professionalism.
- Uphold and enhance the brand image through exemplary communication, behavior, and grooming.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising, Style, Retail, and Product teams to ensure displays reflect the seasonal collection essence.
- Develop and nurture relationships with landlords, PR, media, and local authorities.
- Foster a culture of excellence and ensure team engagement and motivation.
- Focus on people development, particularly in Retail Management, and collaborate with HR on talent topics.
- Formulate and communicate divisional strategy aligning with global and regional objectives.
- Drive a client-centric culture to enhance long-term customer engagement.
- Manage merchandise and inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and product feedback.
- Oversee KPIs and devise strategies to bridge service gaps and drive sales.
- Ensure operational procedures are followed and collaborate with Finance on asset protection.
- Develop partnerships within and beyond the division to achieve business objectives.
- Integrate Watches & Fine Jewelry within the division and drive sales and client penetration.
- 10 to 15 years of retail management experience in an international luxury brand.
- Experience in buying and merchandising preferred.
- Proven track record in managing luxury brand retail stores in Thailand.
- Strong business and general management experience.
- Fluency in English.
- Strategic vision and ability to communicate and obtain buy-in from staff.
- Brand development and creative marketing skills.
- Results-oriented with strong resource allocation skills.
- Progressive management style and effective people development.
- Agility and adaptability in a VUCA environment.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills.
At least 10 to 15 years of retail management experience in the luxury fashion sector, with exposure to buying and merchandising.
