5. Coordinate and supervise housekeeping, service, and other staff to ensure optimal service coverage.

7. Oversee tasks to ensure service quality based on room occupancy and events.
8. Monitor and manage stock levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and catering provisions.
9. Handle reordering based on needs and event planning.
10. Collaborate with management to track maintenance and service budgets.

1. Degree in hospitality management or related field.
2. Proven experience as a House Manager or Butler, preferably in a luxury hotel or private villa.

1. Passion for high-end service and attention to detail.
2. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
3. Strong customer satisfaction focus and ability to anticipate guest needs.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and autonomy.
5. Ability to adapt within a multidisciplinary team in a demanding environment.

Confirmed experience in luxury hospitality as a House Manager or Butler.

Degree in hospitality management or related field.
