Chanel General Housekeeping Manager

- Supervise all operational housekeeping and laundry services under the guidance of the Hospitality Manager.
- Develop and update cleaning procedures and usage of maintenance, hygiene, and safety products.
- Coordinate, supervise, and control site maintenance performed by external providers.
- Manage stocks and supplies, including maintenance products and linens (ordering, inventory, distribution).
- Ensure quality, cleanliness, organization, and general appearance of various spaces.
- Participate in purchasing and stock management related to site maintenance and control invoices and expenses.
- Ensure guest safety and comfort, and handle service requests courteously and efficiently.
- Maintain excellent relationships with guests, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
- Advise the Hospitality Manager on specialized intervention needs.
- Participate in drafting specifications for cleaning and maintenance service tenders.
- Monitor daily services and attend monthly activity meetings.
- Coordinate with the Hospitality Manager to manage events on-site, adhering to Chanel standards and safety regulations.
- Contribute to the development of operational and investment budgets to ensure high service and maintenance levels.
- Train and monitor cleaning service teams to maintain high-quality standards.
- Organize team schedules, conduct briefings, and distribute tasks equitably.
- Manage budget and operations related to maintenance and laundry.
- Identify technical anomalies and ensure their resolution by the technical service.
- Degree in hotel management or related field (Bac+2 to Bac+5).
- Successful experience in managing services in luxury establishments.
- Familiarity with managing and supervising various service providers.
- Ability to adapt to a multidisciplinary team in a demanding environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, and strong housekeeping knowledge.
- Discretion, humility, and rigor.
- Dynamic with a sense of service, responsibility, and strong listening and adaptability skills.
- Proficiency in office tools and strong writing skills.
- Fluent in English.
Experience in managing services within luxury establishments.
Degree in hotel management or related field (Bac+2 to Bac+5).
