1. Serve as the primary legal advisor for the Europe Region, overseeing all legal and business ethics matters.
2. Provide strategic legal guidance to the Regional President and Executive Committee.
3. Lead and develop a team of 16 legal professionals, aligning with business objectives and the Global Legal roadmap.
4. Organize and oversee legal support for key business transactions and partnerships, focusing on distribution and competition issues.
5. Support business expansions and new business models by providing strategic legal insights.
6. Drive the implementation and monitoring of business ethics and privacy programmes.
7. Enhance legal operations through technology-driven tools and best practices.
8. Manage and oversee litigations, disputes, and regulatory investigations.
9. Collaborate with Global Corporate Expert Functions to address legal challenges coherently.
10. Contribute to defining the Global Legal roadmap as an active member of the Legal Leadership Team.

1. Advanced law degree.
2. Bar exam and a minimum of 15+ years of legal experience, preferably in both a law firm and a multinational company.

1. Strong commercial and contract law background.
2. Strong compliance background with experience in implementing compliance programmes.
3. Expertise in data privacy and IT law.
4. Tech-savvy with the capacity to implement and enhance legal tools.
5. Fluent in English and French.
6. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
7. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.

A minimum of 15+ years of legal experience, preferably in both a law firm and a multinational company.

Advanced law degree.
