- Lead a project to reduce waste on perfume packaging lines.
- Support teams in updating and creating organizational standards.
- Assist in the transition to new tools for creating and consulting method standards.
- Participate in performance animation.
- Collaborate with the Methods team to support improvement projects within the Fragrance division.
- Generalist, mechanical, or chemical engineering background.
- Completion of a BAC+5 degree program.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Interest in hands-on fieldwork.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
No prior work experience required, suitable for final-year students or recent graduates.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BAC+5).
