1. Provide operational and organizational support by partially replacing key managers during the deployment phase, handling operational decisions and ensuring the follow-up of priority activities.
2. Coordinate daily manufacturing activities, ensuring compliance with safety instructions, adherence to production schedules, and effective workforce allocation.
3. Oversee the reception of raw materials, robot reloading, and the service of concentrates and juices.
4. Actively participate in resolving operational issues on the ground.

1. Engineering or university degree, ideally in chemistry, with significant experience in a production unit.

1. Strong leadership and communication skills across various levels.
2. Agility and responsiveness to handle daily operational challenges.
3. Field-oriented with a results-driven mindset.

Significant experience in a production unit, providing a solid understanding of industrial challenges and a culture of safety, quality, and performance.

Engineering or university degree, ideally in chemistry.
