- Embody and convey the unique style of Chanel within the retail environment.
- Ensure an exceptional client experience aligned with Chanel's values for both local and international clientele.
- Guide and build trust with each client, sparking interest in Chanel's Fragrance & Beauty universe.
- Contribute to team spirit and store performance with elegance, enthusiasm, humility, and open-mindedness.
- Higher education degree from Bac +1 to Bac +5.
- Strong interest in Chanel, its values, and brand codes.
- Sensitivity to multicultural environments.
- Recognized for responsiveness, commercial dynamism, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
No prior experience required, but a keen interest in luxury retail and customer service is advantageous.
Higher education degree from Bac +1 to Bac +5.
Interns will benefit from an integration program, including training on Chanel's history and products, and the opportunity to join a Young Talents Community to build a professional network.
