3. Guide and engage each client, building trust and interest in Chanel's Fragrance & Beauty universe.
4. Contribute to team spirit and retail performance with elegance, enthusiasm, humility, and open-mindedness.

1. Higher education degree (from Bac +1 to Bac +5) with a strong interest in Chanel, its values, and brand codes.

No specific experience required, but a keen interest in luxury retail and customer service is essential.
