1. Assist the Fragrance & Beauty team with daily tasks and processes.
2. Support Sell-Out activities through monthly sales analysis, stock management, and boutique visits.
3. Aid in CRM processes including list creation, registration verification, activations, and KPI tracking.
4. Provide general support for e-commerce activities, including moodboard review and approval, and grey market product purchases.
5. Manage gift control and procurement.
6. Support event coordination, follow-up on launches, and conduct internal research.
7. Translate content for internal platforms.
8. Manage payment controls and system entries for the department.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields, minimum second semester.
2. Expected graduation no earlier than 2027, preferably available for evening classes.

1. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Intermediate to advanced English language skills.

No prior experience required, but relevant coursework or projects in business administration or related fields are advantageous.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or related fields.
