- Define and implement the Fragrance & Beauty strategy for Canada, aligning with global objectives and market specificities.
- Drive resources to optimize omnichannel client experiences across over 500 fragrance and beauty doors, standalone boutiques, and the e-commerce platform.
- Establish governance frameworks and financial models to ensure sustainable growth and brand equity.
- Develop strong relationships with trade partners to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Expand brand presence through new partnerships and optimize existing distribution networks while maintaining a selective distribution strategy.
- Ensure brand equity is protected and enhanced through all initiatives, blending heritage with modernity.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to implement international strategies with local relevance.
- Lead competitive intelligence efforts to keep the brand at the forefront of the market.
- Provide leadership across all Canadian boutiques, points of sale, and standalone boutiques.
- Oversee the Fragrance & Beauty team across various divisions, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
- Integrate environmental responsibility into all operations, championing sustainability initiatives.
- Proven leadership experience (10+ years) in a premium/luxury environment or FMCG.
- Deep understanding of retail, omnichannel, and wholesale landscapes.
- Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.
- Visionary leadership with strategic direction setting capabilities.
- Inspirational leadership to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Change management expertise and ability to drive innovation.
- Analytical skills for data-driven strategy development.
A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced premium/luxury environment or FMCG, with a focus on retail, omnichannel, and wholesale landscapes.
