Chanel Fragrance & Beauty Business Manager

- Lead and develop a dynamic team to deliver exceptional client service in a complex retail environment.
- Create and execute business objectives while fostering collaborative partnerships internally and with retail partners.
- Ensure continuous growth and development of team members through onboarding, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
- Oversee annual performance reviews and maintain ongoing performance conversations with team members.
- Attract and retain talent by leveraging industry networks and internal pipelines.
- Set clear expectations and be accountable for achieving business objectives.
- Engage actively on the sales floor to lead by example, coach the team, and build direct relationships with top clientele.
- Leverage product, service, and artistry skills to elevate team expertise and deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Foster a positive working environment that encourages diversity, mutual respect, and team collaboration.
- Facilitate regular team communication sessions and host full team meetings to ensure seamless communication of promotional activities and corporate initiatives.
- Proactively address and resolve employee issues in accordance with Chanel standards, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with Account Executive to align on communication related to corporate strategy and objectives.
- Create a culture of service by providing a unique and memorable in-store and after-sales experience.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events to recruit and loyalize clients to the brand.
- Analyze reports to identify business opportunities and develop necessary action plans.
- Oversee operational responsibilities to ensure effectiveness and efficiencies.
- Maintain brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a retail luxury environment preferred.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
- Understanding of, and passion for, client experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
- Outstanding ability to develop strong relationships.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines concurrently.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and attention to detail skills.
5+ years of leadership experience in a retail luxury environment preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,200 through $106,000. Additional variable pay, bonus potential, benefits, and perks are offered.
