1. Lead and develop a dynamic team to deliver exceptional client service in a complex retail environment.
2. Create and execute business objectives while fostering collaborative partnerships internally and with retail partners.
3. Ensure continuous growth and development of team members through onboarding, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
4. Oversee annual performance reviews and maintain ongoing performance conversations with team members.
5. Attract and retain talent by leveraging industry networks and internal pipelines.
6. Set clear expectations and be accountable for achieving business objectives.
7. Engage actively on the sales floor to lead by example, coach the team, and build direct relationships with top clientele.
8. Leverage product, service, and artistry skills to elevate team expertise and deliver an exceptional client experience.
9. Foster a positive working environment that encourages diversity, mutual respect, and team collaboration.
10. Facilitate regular team communication sessions and host full team meetings to ensure seamless communication of promotional activities and corporate initiatives.
11. Proactively address and resolve employee issues in accordance with Chanel standards, policies, and procedures.
12. Collaborate with Account Executive to align on communication related to corporate strategy and objectives.
13. Create a culture of service by providing a unique and memorable in-store and after-sales experience.
14. Plan, coordinate, and execute events to recruit and loyalize clients to the brand.
15. Analyze reports to identify business opportunities and develop necessary action plans.
16. Oversee operational responsibilities to ensure effectiveness and efficiencies.
17. Maintain brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements.

1. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2. 5+ years of leadership experience in a retail luxury environment preferred.
3. Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
4. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and stand for extended periods.

1. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
2. Understanding of, and passion for, client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
5. Outstanding ability to develop strong relationships.
6. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines concurrently.
7. Excellent presentation, facilitation, and attention to detail skills.

5+ years of leadership experience in a retail luxury environment preferred.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,200 through $106,000. Additional variable pay, bonus potential, benefits, and perks are offered.
