- Lead and develop boutique staff with a focus on succession planning and career development.
- Create and drive development plans, overseeing the annual review process for all store employees.
- Coach and support the boutique team to elevate their skills and expertise.
- Facilitate regular team communication sessions to ensure seamless communication of promotional activity and corporate initiatives.
- Recruit, attract, and retain talent for all positions, including freelancers.
- Ensure a consistent and effective onboarding experience for new hires.
- Foster a positive working environment that encourages diversity and collaboration.
- Play an active role on the sales floor to lead by example.
- Develop relationships with internal Fashion Boutique personnel and external vendors.
- Provide a unique and memorable in-store and after-sales experience.
- Model brand image expectations and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Achieve overall sales objectives and drive sales performance.
- Utilize client data to retain, recruit, and grow client return rates.
- Manage stock levels and communicate with corporate regarding any issues.
- Oversee operational tasks and monitor store expenses.
- Support loss prevention and manage risk management processes.
- Optimize staff scheduling to ensure superior customer service.
- Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to lift 20 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
- Understanding of and passion for client experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
- Passion for the House of Chanel and its offerings.
- Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally.
A minimum of 7 years of leadership experience is required, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 through $121,800. Additional compensation includes bonus potential and other variable pay components.
