- Lead and develop boutique staff with a focus on succession planning and career development.
- Create and implement development plans, oversee annual reviews for all store employees.
- Coach and support the boutique team to elevate their skills and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Facilitate regular team communication sessions to ensure seamless information flow.
- Address and resolve employee issues professionally, partnering with HR as needed.
- Recruit, attract, and retain talent for all team positions, including freelancers.
- Ensure a consistent and effective onboarding experience for new hires.
- Foster a positive working environment that encourages diversity and mutual respect.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, ensuring a welcoming boutique environment.
- Assume overall leadership responsibility for the boutique and act as the ultimate decision maker.
- Drive sales with an omni-channel mindset, collaborating with fashion boutiques and Chanel.com.
- Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders in the market.
- Provide a unique and memorable in-store and after-sales experience for every client.
- Foster a culture of relationship-building and personalized client experiences.
- Address and resolve client situations according to company philosophy and standards.
- Model brand image expectations and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Achieve sales objectives using all available levers, including products, services, and events.
- Utilize client data to retain, recruit, and grow client return rates.
- Develop business initiatives to grow the client base and drive sales.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, local trends, and competitive activity.
- Manage stock levels and communicate issues to corporate.
- Oversee operational tasks in partnership with the Assistant Manager.
- Monitor store expenses and maintain operating budgets.
- Support loss prevention and risk management efforts.
- Optimize staff scheduling to ensure superior customer service and drive sales.
- Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to lift 20 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of and passion for client experience.

A minimum of 7 years in a leadership role, preferably within the luxury retail sector, with a proven track record of team development and sales achievement.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $105,000, with additional variable pay components including bonus potential.
