- Support the Boutique Director in leading and developing the team, ensuring operational excellence and superior client service.
- Oversee boutique operations in the absence of the Boutique Director, maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.
- Lead the team on the sales floor, providing exemplary service and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Manage sales floor operations, including stock management and visual merchandising.
- Execute operational responsibilities to ensure boutique efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communicate inventory and supply needs, and manage stock storage systems.
- Uphold and educate the team on Standard Operating Procedures.
- Assist in event planning and execution, ensuring seamless client experiences.
- Foster a culture of personalized client experiences and omni-channel service.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with operational expertise.
- Ability to coach, lead, and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of three years in a leadership role within a luxury retail environment, with a focus on sales and operations.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $33.70 to $41. Additional compensation may include bonuses and other incentives.
