Chanel Fragrance & Beauty Assistant Boutique Manager

- Partner with the Boutique Director to develop and lead the team, assuming oversight in the Director's absence.
- Lead the team on the sales floor, providing superior service to every client.
- Foster a positive working environment that encourages diversity and collaboration.
- Leverage product, service, and artistry skills to coach the team, enhancing their expertise.
- Manage time, establish priorities, and delegate effectively to support Boutique operations.
- Oversee sales floor operations, including stock management and operational efficiencies.
- Communicate inventory and supply needs, handling shipping, receiving, and damages.
- Maintain an organized stock storage system and uphold Standard Operating Procedures.
- Assist in event planning and execution, and participate in annual inventory reporting.
- Cultivate a culture of exceptional client service and personalized experiences.
- Ensure seamless omni-channel client experiences and uphold brand image standards.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
- 3+ years of leadership sales experience in a retail luxury environment preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and operationally savvy.
- Ability to coach and lead effectively.
- Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
- Understanding of and passion for client experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Foreign language skills preferred.
- Passion for Chanel's history, products, and cultural initiatives.
- Curiosity and desire for professional growth within Chanel.
A minimum of 3 years in a leadership sales role within a luxury retail environment is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $33 through $38 hourly. Additional variable pay components, including bonuses, may be offered.
