- Assist the Boutique Director in developing and leading the team.
- Oversee the boutique in the Director’s absence.
- Lead the team on the sales floor and provide superior client service.
- Foster a positive working environment that encourages diversity and collaboration.
- Coach and support the team in product, service, and artistry skills.
- Manage time and delegate effectively between sales floor and back of house operations.
- Execute operational responsibilities to ensure efficiency.
- Communicate inventory and supply needs to the Boutique Director.
- Maintain an organized stock storage system.
- Uphold and educate the team on Standard Operating Procedures.
- Assist in event planning and execution.
- Provide a unique and memorable client experience.
- Promote an omni-channel mindset for seamless client experiences.
- Co-own brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
- 3+ years of related leadership sales experience in a retail luxury environment or operational role preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
- Understanding of and passion for client experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and operationally savvy.
- Ability to coach and lead.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
3+ years of related leadership sales experience in a retail luxury environment or operational role preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $33 through $38 hourly. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay will be offered for this position. Other components may include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
