1. Partner with the Boutique Director to develop and lead the team, assuming oversight in the Director's absence.
2. Lead the sales floor team, providing superior service to clients and ensuring floor coverage.
3. Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative work environment free from discrimination and harassment.
4. Coach and support the team in product knowledge, service, and artistry skills to enhance client experiences.
5. Manage time and delegate tasks effectively to support Boutique Director, with a focus on sales floor and back-of-house operations.
6. Oversee sales floor operations, including stock management and maintaining areas of pride.
7. Execute operational responsibilities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
8. Lead operations for the MMS system, handling inventory, supply needs, and shipping processes.
9. Maintain an organized and controlled stock storage system.
10. Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and educate the team as needed.
11. Establish relationships with corporate partners for operational support.
12. Participate in annual inventory reporting with the store team.
13. Assist in event planning, coordination, and execution.
14. Create a culture of service, providing memorable in-store and after-sales experiences.
15. Promote relationship-building and personalized client experiences.
16. Uphold an omni-channel mindset for seamless client experiences across platforms.
17. Co-own brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements.
18. Attend seasonal seminars and corporate meetings.

1. Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required
2. 3+ years of leadership experience in a retail luxury environment or operational role preferred
3. Strong organizational and communication skills
4. Detail-oriented and operationally savvy
5. Ability to coach and lead a team
6. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
7. Flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays

The anticipated base salary range is $33 to $35 hourly, with additional variable pay components such as bonuses and perks.
