Fragrance & Beauty Assistant Boutique Manager

1. Assist the Boutique Director in developing and leading the team.
2. Oversee the boutique in the Director’s absence.
3. Lead the team on the sales floor and provide superior service to clients.
4. Foster a positive working environment that encourages diversity and collaboration.
5. Coach and support the team in product, service, and artistry skills.
6. Manage time, establish priorities, and delegate effectively.
7. Oversee sales floor operations, including stock needs and organization.
8. Execute operational responsibilities for efficiency.
9. Communicate inventory and supply needs to the Boutique Director.
10. Assist in event planning and execution.
11. Create a culture of service and personalize client experiences.
12. Uphold brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements.

1. Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
2. 3+ years of related leadership sales experience in a retail luxury environment preferred.

3+ years of related leadership sales experience in a retail luxury environment and/or operational role preferred.

Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $33 through $35 hourly. Other forms of variable pay, including bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks, will be offered.
