- Partner with the Boutique Director to develop and lead the team, assuming oversight in the Director's absence.
- Lead the team on the sales floor, providing superior service to every client.
- Foster a positive working environment that encourages diversity and collaboration.
- Coach and support the team in product knowledge and artistry skills to enhance client experience.
- Manage time and delegate effectively to support Boutique Director, with 60% focus on the sales floor and 40% on operations.
- Oversee all operations of the sales floor, including stock management and operational efficiencies.
- Lead operational responsibilities for the MMS system, including inventory management and communication with the Boutique Director.
- Establish and maintain an organized stock storage system.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and educate team members as needed.
- Assist in event planning and execution in collaboration with the Boutique Director.
- Create a culture of service, providing a unique and memorable client experience.
- Promote an omni-channel mindset for seamless client experiences across platforms.
- Co-manage brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements.
- Attend seasonal seminars and corporate meetings to stay informed and engaged.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
- 3+ years of leadership sales experience in a retail luxury environment or operational role preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and operationally savvy.
- Ability to coach and lead effectively.
- Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
- Understanding of and passion for client experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
- Passion for Chanel's history, products, and cultural initiatives.
- Curiosity and desire for professional growth within Chanel.
3+ years of leadership sales experience in a retail luxury environment and/or operational role preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
The anticipated base hourly range for this position is $33.20 to $36. Additional compensation includes bonus potential, benefits, and perks.
