1. Partner with the Boutique Director to develop and lead the team, assuming oversight of the boutique in the Director’s absence.
2. Lead the team on the sales floor, providing superior service to every client.
3. Foster a positive working environment that encourages diversity and collaboration.
4. Coach and support the team in product knowledge and artistry skills to enhance client experience.
5. Manage time, establish priorities, and delegate tasks effectively.
6. Oversee all operations of the sales floor, including stock management and operational responsibilities.
7. Communicate inventory and supply needs to the Boutique Director and manage inventory processes.
8. Uphold and educate the team on Standard Operating Procedures.
9. Assist in event planning, coordination, and execution.
10. Create a culture of service, providing a unique and memorable client experience.
11. Maintain brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements.

1. Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
2. 3+ years of related leadership sales experience in a retail luxury environment.
3. Strong organizational and communication skills.
4. Detail-oriented and operationally savvy.
5. Ability to coach and lead a team.
6. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.

3+ years of leadership sales experience in a retail luxury environment and/or operational role preferred.

Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $33.20 to $38 hourly. Additional compensation may include bonus potential, benefits, and perks.
