- Partner with the Boutique Director to develop and lead the team, assuming oversight of the boutique in the Director’s absence.
- Lead the team on the sales floor, providing superior service to every client.
- Foster a positive working environment that encourages diversity and collaboration.
- Coach and support the team in product knowledge and artistry skills to enhance client experience.
- Manage time, establish priorities, and delegate tasks effectively.
- Oversee all operations of the sales floor, including stock management and operational responsibilities.
- Communicate inventory and supply needs to the Boutique Director and manage inventory processes.
- Uphold and educate the team on Standard Operating Procedures.
- Assist in event planning, coordination, and execution.
- Create a culture of service, providing a unique and memorable client experience.
- Maintain brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
- 3+ years of related leadership sales experience in a retail luxury environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and operationally savvy.
- Ability to coach and lead a team.
- Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
- Understanding of, and passion for, client experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Foreign language skills preferred.
- Passion for Chanel's history, products, and social initiatives.
- Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally.
3+ years of leadership sales experience in a retail luxury environment and/or operational role preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $33.20 to $38 hourly. Additional compensation may include bonus potential, benefits, and perks.
