1. Partner with the Boutique Director to develop and lead the team, assuming oversight in the Director's absence.
2. Lead the team on the sales floor, providing superior service to every client.
3. Foster a positive working environment that encourages diversity and mutual respect.
4. Coach and support the team in product knowledge and artistry skills to enhance client experience.
5. Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities to support the Boutique Director.
6. Oversee all operations of the sales floor, including stock management and operational efficiencies.
7. Communicate inventory and supply needs, and manage inventory processes.
8. Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and educate the team as needed.
9. Assist in event planning and execution.
10. Cultivate a culture of service, providing a unique and memorable client experience.
11. Maintain brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements.

1. Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma required.
2. 3+ years of related leadership sales experience in a retail luxury environment or operational role preferred.
3. Strong organizational and communication skills.
4. Detail-oriented and operationally savvy.
5. Ability to coach and lead a team.
6. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.

3+ years of related leadership sales experience in a retail luxury environment and/or operational role preferred.

Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.

The anticipated base hourly range for this position is $33.20 through $38.62 hourly. Additional variable pay may include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
