- Assist the Boutique Director in developing and leading the team.
- Oversee the boutique in the Director’s absence.
- Lead the team on the sales floor and provide superior service to clients.
- Foster a positive working environment that encourages diversity and collaboration.
- Coach and support the team in product, service, and artistry skills.
- Manage time, establish priorities, and delegate effectively.
- Handle operations of the sales floor, including stock needs and organization.
- Execute operational responsibilities for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communicate inventory and supply needs to the Boutique Director.
- Assist in event planning and execution.
- Create a culture of service and provide a memorable client experience.
- Uphold brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
- 3+ years of related leadership sales experience in a retail luxury environment or operational role preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
- Understanding of and passion for client experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Foreign language skills preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and operationally savvy.
- Ability to coach and lead.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
3+ years of related leadership sales experience in a retail luxury environment or operational role preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
The anticipated base hourly range for this position is $33.20 through $38.62 hourly. Other forms of variable pay may be offered, including bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
