Chanel Fragrance & Beauty Assistant Boutique Manager

- Partner with the Boutique Director to develop and lead the team, assuming oversight in the Director's absence.
- Lead the team on the sales floor, providing superior service to every client.
- Foster a positive working environment that encourages diversity and mutual respect.
- Coach and support the team in product knowledge and artistry skills to enhance client experience.
- Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities to support the Boutique Director.
- Oversee all operations of the sales floor, including stock management and operational efficiencies.
- Communicate inventory and supply needs, and manage inventory processes.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and educate the team as needed.
- Assist in event planning and execution.
- Cultivate a culture of service, providing a unique and memorable client experience.
- Maintain brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma required.
- 3+ years of related leadership sales experience in a retail luxury environment or operational role preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and operationally savvy.
- Ability to coach and lead a team.
- Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Passion for client experience.
- Understanding of the House of Chanel, its history, and product offerings.
- Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally.
3+ years of related leadership sales experience in a retail luxury environment and/or operational role preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
The anticipated base hourly range for this position is $33.20 through $38.62 hourly. Additional variable pay may include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
