- Collaborate with the Boutique Director to develop and lead the team, assuming oversight in the Director's absence.
- Lead the team on the sales floor, ensuring superior service to every client.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages diversity and collaboration.
- Coach and support the team in product knowledge and artistry skills to enhance client experience.
- Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities.
- Oversee sales floor operations, including stock management and operational efficiencies.
- Communicate inventory and supply needs, manage inventory processes, and uphold operational standards.
- Assist in event planning and execution.
- Cultivate a culture of exceptional client service and personalized experiences.
- Maintain brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
- 3+ years of leadership sales experience in a retail luxury environment or operational role preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
- Strong understanding of client experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and operationally savvy.
- Ability to coach and lead effectively.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
3+ years of related leadership sales experience in a retail luxury environment and/or operational role preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $33.20 through $37 hourly. Additional compensation may include bonus potential and other incentives.
