1. Collaborate with the Boutique Director to develop and lead the team, assuming oversight in the Director's absence.
2. Lead the team on the sales floor, ensuring superior service to every client.
3. Foster a positive work environment that encourages diversity and collaboration.
4. Coach and support the team in product knowledge and artistry skills to enhance client experience.
5. Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities.
6. Oversee sales floor operations, including stock management and operational efficiencies.
7. Communicate inventory and supply needs, manage inventory processes, and uphold operational standards.
8. Assist in event planning and execution.
9. Cultivate a culture of exceptional client service and personalized experiences.
10. Maintain brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements.

1. Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
2. 3+ years of leadership sales experience in a retail luxury environment or operational role preferred.

3+ years of related leadership sales experience in a retail luxury environment and/or operational role preferred.

Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $33.20 through $37 hourly. Additional compensation may include bonus potential and other incentives.
