1. Provide exceptional service to clients through the Chanel service ritual.

3. Achieve sales targets by leveraging product knowledge, services, and client data.
4. Participate in seasonal seminars and utilize the Inside Beauty learning application.
5. Maintain an omni-channel mindset to ensure a seamless client experience.
6. Resolve client issues in alignment with company standards and philosophy.
7. Stay informed about upcoming events and engage clients through demonstrations.
8. Share knowledge of Chanel's heritage and brand values with clients and team members.
9. Maintain a clean, tidy, and professional work area, adhering to Visual Merchandising guidelines.
10. Communicate effectively with the team and management, demonstrating ethics and integrity.

The anticipated base range for this position is $24.30 to $29.40 hourly. Additional variable pay, bonuses, and perks may be offered.
