1. Provide superior service to clients daily through the CHANEL service ritual.
2. Cultivate and deepen client relationships to enhance loyalty and trust.
3. Achieve sales targets by leveraging product knowledge, services, and client data.
4. Participate in seasonal seminars and utilize learning applications to enhance skills.
5. Maintain an omni-channel approach for seamless client experiences.

7. Engage clients with upcoming events through introductions and demonstrations.

9. Maintain a clean, tidy, and professional work area, adhering to Visual Merchandising guidelines.

1. Articulate and knowledgeable about cosmetics and fragrance.
2. Passion for CHANEL Beauty products and the brand's history.
3. Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

3. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
4. Flexibility and adaptability to scheduling changes and new directions.
5. Foreign language skills are preferred.

Artistry skills and direct brand experience are preferred.

The anticipated base hourly range for this position is $24.30 to $30. Additional variable pay components may include bonuses and other incentives.
