- Enhance the commercial potential of retail points within the assigned territory.
- Ensure compliance with client development tools and merchandising policies.
- Conduct store analyses during B2C visits and train multi-brand advisors on new products and ranges.
- Manage tester orders to support the Client Engagement Manager.
- Perform competitive analysis and provide regular reporting.
- Foster client engagement through commercial animation activities.
- Background in aesthetics, makeup, or sales, or experience in luxury service environments such as hospitality or tourism.
- Proven initial experience in sales with a strong understanding of product lines.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and fluency in English.
- Competence in using computer tools.
- Adaptability and autonomy with a dynamic and commercial mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, and energy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong storytelling skills to establish emotional connections and build lasting client relationships.
- Proactive and innovative approach to work.
Previous experience in sales, preferably within the luxury sector, with a solid understanding of product lines and sales techniques.
Training in aesthetics, makeup, or sales, or equivalent experience in luxury service environments.
