- Provide exceptional client service through the Chanel service ritual, ensuring a superior experience for every client.
- Cultivate and deepen client relationships and loyalty through personal connections and trust-building.
- Achieve sales targets by leveraging product knowledge, services, and data capture to recruit and retain clients.
- Participate in seasonal seminars and utilize the Inside Beauty learning application to integrate learnings into daily practices.
- Maintain an omni-channel mindset to enhance client experiences across in-store and online platforms.
- Resolve client situations in accordance with company philosophy and standards, collaborating with relevant teams as needed.
- Stay informed about upcoming events and engage clients through introductions and demonstrations.
- Share knowledge of the brand's heritage and expertise with clients and team members.
- Understand business challenges, client needs, and market dynamics.
- Ensure the work area is clean, tidy, and adheres to Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Communicate regularly with team members and management, maintaining a positive attitude and ethical standards.
- Respect cultural differences and demonstrate a willingness to learn from them.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
- Understanding of and passion for client experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Foreign language skills preferred but not required.

The anticipated base hourly range for this position is $24.30 to $29. Additional variable pay and bonus potential may be offered.
