1. Provide exceptional service to clients daily through the Chanel service ritual.
2. Cultivate and deepen client relationships to build loyalty and trust.
3. Achieve sales targets by leveraging product knowledge, services, and data capture to recruit and retain clients.
4. Attend seasonal seminars and utilize learning applications to implement new knowledge in daily tasks.
5. Maintain an omni-channel approach to ensure a seamless client experience from in-store to online.
6. Resolve client issues in accordance with company philosophy and standards, collaborating with relevant teams as needed.
7. Stay informed about upcoming events and engage clients through introductions and demonstrations.
8. Share knowledge of the brand's heritage and expertise with clients and team members.
9. Maintain a clean, tidy, and professional work area, adhering to Visual Merchandising guidelines.
10. Communicate regularly with team members and management, demonstrating ethics and integrity.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $24.30 to $30. Additional variable pay components such as bonuses and benefits may be offered.
