1. Provide exceptional client service daily through the Chanel service ritual.
2. Cultivate and deepen client relationships and loyalty through personal connections and trust-building.
3. Achieve sales targets by leveraging product knowledge, services, and data capture to recruit and retain clients.
4. Participate in seasonal seminars and utilize the Inside Beauty learning application to implement learnings.
5. Maintain an omni-channel mindset to ensure a seamless client experience from in-store to online.
6. Address and resolve client situations according to company philosophy and standards, collaborating with appropriate teams as needed.
7. Stay informed about upcoming events and engage clients through introductions and demonstrations.
8. Possess comprehensive knowledge of the brand, its heritage, and know-how, sharing this with clients and team members.
9. Understand business challenges, client needs, and the surrounding market.
10. Ensure the work area is clean, tidy, hygienic, and professional, adhering to Visual Merchandising guidelines.

1. Articulate, knowledgeable, and passionate about cosmetics and fragrance.
2. Artistry skills and direct brand experience preferred.
3. Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the luxury beauty or fashion industry is preferred.

The anticipated base salary range is $24.70 to $28 per hour, with additional variable pay components such as bonuses and perks.
