- Provide exceptional service to clients through the Chanel service ritual.
- Foster deep client relationships and loyalty through personal connections and trust-building.
- Achieve sales targets by leveraging product knowledge, services, and data capture to recruit and retain clients.
- Participate in seasonal seminars and utilize the Inside Beauty learning application to apply new knowledge daily.
- Maintain an omni-channel mindset to ensure a seamless client experience from in-store to online.
- Resolve client situations in accordance with company philosophy and standards, collaborating with relevant teams as necessary.
- Stay informed about upcoming events and engage clients through introductions and demonstrations.
- Share extensive knowledge of the brand, its heritage, and expertise with clients and team members.
- Understand business challenges, client needs, and the surrounding market.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and professional work area, adhering to Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Communicate regularly with the team and manager, demonstrating a positive attitude and ethical integrity.
- Respect cultural differences and demonstrate a willingness to learn from them.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
- Understanding of and passion for client experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
- Passion for the House of Chanel, its history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives.
- Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within the world of Chanel.
- Service-oriented with genuine concern for customer needs.

Artistry skills and direct brand experience preferred. Experience in cosmetics and fragrance is advantageous.
The anticipated base hourly range for this position is $24 to $26. Additional compensation may include bonuses, benefits, and perks.
