1. Execute business strategies to achieve Chanel's objectives.
2. Monitor retail sales and ensure teams meet established sales goals.
3. Develop strong relationships with retail leadership to enhance Chanel's positioning.
4. Plan and execute in-store events with relevant partners.
5. Manage budgets and adhere to company policies.
6. Recruit and develop counter teams with a focus on succession planning.
7. Provide training and coaching to enhance product and service fluency.
8. Ensure brand image and visual merchandising standards are upheld.

1. 5+ years of relevant experience in retail or multi-brand environments.
2. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
3. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
4. Ability to lift at least 40 pounds.

A minimum of 5 years in relevant roles, preferably within multi-brand retail environments, with experience managing significant sales volumes and leading teams.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

The base salary ranges from $87,500 to $110,000, with additional variable pay components including bonuses and perks.
