1. Support and develop Multi Brand Retail sales through education and motivation of store sales staff.
2. Execute Chanel business objectives and promotional programming at the store level.
3. Uphold brand image and facilitate talent development.
4. Monitor retail sales and ensure Counter teams meet established sales objectives.
5. Collaborate with Counter Managers to develop client strategies and build a loyal client base.
6. Foster relationships with Retail leadership to enhance Chanel's positioning within beauty departments.
7. Plan and execute in-store events in partnership with Regional Directors and corporate partners.
8. Manage budgets and adhere to company policies and procedures.
9. Recruit and develop Counter teams with a focus on succession planning.
10. Provide orientation and training for new hires using company-approved platforms.
11. Ensure brand image is upheld and merchandising guidelines are executed.
12. Communicate counter issues to Corporate for resolution.

1. 5+ years of relevant experience in Multi Brand Retail or Retail environment.
2. Proven ability to manage significant sales volume.

3. Excellent planning and organizational skills.
4. Self-motivated and results-oriented.
5. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
6. Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Suite.

5+ years of relevant experience in Multi Brand Retail or Retail environment, managing significant sales volume.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

The anticipated base salary range is $87,500 to $110,000, with additional variable pay components including bonuses and perks.
